You can add extra weight by holding onto a thick pillow or getting on all fours and using only your toes to support yourself as you lie flat.

The final yoga exercise we are going to look at for weight loss is a warrior one pose. warrior one pose is sometimes known as the peace sign pose because it helps to relax your mind and body. Begin in warrior one pose by lying flat on your back. Arms are at your sides with your palms resting on the knees, and your head is just over your heart.
