Many of us have been consuming the dreaded "junk" every morning with a giant coffee pot in our hands by the end of the work day. In fact, the amount of caffeine we are all consuming is causing us to gain weight faster than ever. The question on the minds of most people is "Do I really need a coffee cleanse to lose pounds?" It does not do a lot of harm to your body, though some people may find that it does help them achieve their weight loss goals. All it really does is provide you with a natural stimulant and a healthy alternative to fatty snacks.
